Who is responsible
This website is run by AgroActs S.A.S. ("AgroActs", "we"). For any question about your data, write to info@agroacts.com.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
When you contact us
If you request a demo, write to us by email, we receive the details you give us: usually your name, work email, company, role and message. We use them only to answer you and to arrange and follow up on a demo. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests, or steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
The demo request form on this website does not send your details to a form service. When you submit it, your own email app opens with the request filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email. The message then travels through your email provider and ours.
The email link opens your email app.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to answer them and follow up.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run our email and website, under agreements that protect it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to info@agroacts.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Data in the AgroActs platform
This policy covers the public website. Data processed inside the AgroActs platform for customers, such as plots, suppliers and statements, is covered by the customer agreement and its data processing terms.
